Metabolic Effect (ME)

Metabolic Effect combines the effects of cardio and weight training into on a 30 min workout!  ME uses unique movement patterns, sprint drills and short rest periods to create a caloric after-burn for hours and days after workout!  ME workout uses controlled intensity technique to allow all fitness levels to participate!
