The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course is to teach candidates the knowledge and skills needed to prevent and respond to emergencies in the aquatic environment. The course content and activities prepare candidates to recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and to prevent drowning injury. Requirements: Able to swim 300 yards continuously. Able to complete a timed swim and dive retrieval
Cost: $150, plus a $35 textbook (Optional Title 22 $50)
Ages: 15+

On-site training is for corporations, unified school district staff, workplaces, community based organizations or social groups. We offer a large variety of classes including CPR, AED and First Aid for all ages and levels, child care provider classes and a Bloodborne Pathogens course.
Where: We offer private group trainings at your site or ours - whichever is most convenient for you.
When: We can schedule a class for whatever time you would like! Classes are typically scheduled 2-4 weeks in advance so please plan accordingly.
Who: The minimum class size is 6 and maximum class size is 10 per training.
