- Blow Bubbles for 5 seconds
- Submerge face 5 times with bubbles
- Kicking on wall, stomach and back
Skills Required:
- Submerge head 10 times in a row with bubbles
- Independent front and back float-5 seconds
- Streamline with head down for 6 feet, supported
- Kick on back for 6 feet, supported

Skills Required:
- Big arms (freestyle) for 15 feet, unsupported
- Independent front and back floats-10 seconds
- Independent kick on back for 15 feet
- Scoop, breathe, glide (breaststroke) with flutter kick for 15 feet
- Streamline kick with head down for 15 feet, unsupported
- Jumping in and swimming back to the wall, unsupported
Skills Required:
- Big Arms (freestyle) across pool
- ½ lap Backstroke
- Dolphin kick for 15 feet
- Scoop, breathe, glide (breaststroke) for 15 feet
Skills Required:
- Freestyle across the pool with side breathing
- Backstroke across the pool
- Butterfly arms
- Breaststroke across pool
- Sitting/kneeling dives
- Treading water for 1 minute

*Payments will be made through an automatic draft from either your credit card or your bank account. You will be guaranteed the same day and time each week for your class. Written cancellation must be submitted 30 days prior to the date of billing. Classes are ongoing and year round with the exception of major holidays. Holiday schedules are available at the time of registration.
