How are payments processed?
Payments are processed as an automatic draft from either a credit card or a bank account on the 1st of every month. Lessons started mid-month will be prorated for the remainder of the current month, with automatic payments beginning the 1st of the following month.  Classes are ongoing and year round with the exception of major holidays. We also have prepaid memberships available for all lesson types.

Can I try a class before I sign up?
If you are unsure of your child’s level, or if you would like to try our classes before signing up for membership, we offer evaluation lessons. Evaluation lessons allow us to assess your child’s swim skills and place them in the proper class. They also allow you to test our classes and programs to help you decide whether or not you would like to sign up. Evaluation lessons cost $18 which will be applied to your first month of membership if you decide to sign up.

How do I cancel my swim school membership?
We require 30 days written notice from the date of billing in order to cancel you swim school membership. We do accept verbal notice if you are unable to provide written cancellation by the first of the month, however we still require you to fill out a cancellation form in order for us to cancel you at the end of the month. We are very strict on our cancellation policy and will not accept late cancellations.

What happens if I need to miss my swim lesson?
Make up lessons are available as long as we are given 24 hours notice that you will be missing your lesson. We allow one free make up lesson per month with additional make up lessons available for a discounted price. In the event that your child is sick and you are unable to give us 24 notice, if you provide us with a doctor’s note within 7 days, we will allow a make up for the missed lesson.

Do you require swim diapers?
We require any children that are not potty trained to wear non-disposable cloth swim diapers. We do not allow disposable Little Swimmers Diapers in the pool as they do not prevent against leaks once submerged in the pool. We do have diapers available for purchase at the front desk for $9.99 each.

Do I get a discount if I am a gym member?

Can I use the pool while my child is in their swim lesson?
Parents and other family members are not permitted to use the pool during swim lessons. If you would like to use the pool during lessons, we have day swim available for purchase at the front desk, $7/adults, $6/children.

Is there a time that my child can swim outside their lesson time?
If your child would like to swim outside their swim lessons, we offer Family Night Swim every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday from 4-8pm. The student and one guardian swim for free, with a $4 fee for each additional swimmer. Public swim rates apply to all other times outside swim lessons.

Can I bring snacks on the pool deck?
Food and drink is not allowed on the pool deck. Water only please!

What happens if the pool is closed during my lesson time?
In the event that the pool is closed during your lesson time, you will be allowed a free make up lesson in addition to your one free make up per month. We do close for private events and major holidays and will do our best to give you notice that your lesson will need to be rescheduled. On the rare occasion that we have to close suddenly for inclement weather, water chemistry issues, or other unforeseen problems, we will do our best to accommodate you.
