The ability to move is an amazing gift that we have been given and it is too often overlooked. Whether you're taking a stroll with a friend, lifting a heavy box, putting your child into his or her car seat or training for an intense competition, we all, in some way or another, move our bodies all day long. What better way to train, than to train for life? Here at Wave House our trainers adhere to a holistic approach of athletic training in order to assist our clients in achieving and surpassing their goals. With an emphasis on functional training, we use balance/stability, core training, strength training and cardiovascular principles to challenge the body to move in ways that mimic movements of daily life. Further, we focus on creating a life of balance and enhancing the mind/body/spirit connection. The Wave House trainers recognize that we are all on our own personal journey and are both motivated and excited to be a part of yours.
