Spin class provides a fun, challenging and vigorous cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels.

All of our Spin Classes will have a different focus. Please see descriptions and schedule below.

EVEREST: Emphasis on hill training.
SPRINT: Emphasis on speed work.
CYCLONE: Intervals and speed.
GEAR UP: Combination of speed, strength and intervals.
