Strength & Mobility Flow

Lube your joints and strengthen your muscles! Each session is designed to flow participants through a variety of postures while using hand weights to strengthen and stretch. Flows will touch all major muscles and joints, incorporates balancing and strengthening as well as stretching to relax andtone. Flows and challenge levels are tailored meet the needs of participants so all are welcome, no matter how buff or creaky!
