Play, workout and have fun at The Plunge. Built in 1925, The Plunge at Mission Beach has served as a historic aquatics and community center for many generations. It’s believed that over a million San Diegan’s have learned how to swim in this pool. Today The Plunge continues to be the centerpiece of Belmont Park, surrounded by restaurants, shops, our famous roller coaster, and Mission Beach, San Diego’s #1 rated beach. The Plunge is now operated by the Wave House Athletic Club, an innovative provider of sports and fitness management services. Monday - Friday: 12pm - 4pm and 8pm - 10pm
Saturday - Sunday: 12pm - 8pm

*Members always swim free everyday
**Swim School students plus one guardian swim for free

$6 Kids (2 and over)
$6 Seniors (60 and over)
$7 Adults

Family Night Swim

*Must be a minimum of 2 swimmers
4pm-8pm every Tuesday, Friday & Sunday
$4 Per Family Member
