I have always had a passion for helping people through fitness since I was very young. I started training in self-defense
and Cardio Kick Boxing 10 years ago, which led me to grow in the fitness industry. I have been teaching here at Wave

and I want to help more people live a healthy life.

Many years ago I was under-weight, non-athletically inclined and self-conscious. Eventually I decided to do something
about it so I spent more time in the gym and some amazing things happened: my body changed and my out look on
life improved. I have made it my personal duty to help others experience similar changes, no matter their goal.

As a former gymnast, I learned at an early age the importance of self discipline and mental/physical health. Focusing on
a goal and going after it is something I strive for. Being a former athlete has helped me become disciplined in time management, eating healthy and training smart. These qualities have generalized to my training skills, techniques and
beliefs. I train to help people realize their full potential and to allow them to see how strong (emotionally and
physically) they really are. Combining my knowledge with high energy allows me to use my creativity to design
individualized programs for clients of all abilities. Teaching people to overcome their barriers and exceed
their expectations brings gratification to both me and my client.

I was born to be a helper! I live for others and find incredible joy in challenging, motivating and inspiring people to lead a higher quality of life through diet and exercise. I value daily Activity and fueling the body with proper nutrition. It is

professional beach volleyball player, I have learned to overcome many obstacles. As I work toward my dream,
I can relate to my clients and their unique, individual desires. It can happen. I can help!
