Body Sculpting This class will introduce you to low impact aerobics and toning exercises which include traditional hi/lo aerobics and/or step plus get a complete strength training workout using bands, weights and BOSU.
BOSU The BOSU acronym stands for “Both Sides Utilized”. At its essence, BOSU Training is about expanding movement capabilities while reshaping the body and strengthening the mind. It is comprised of thoughtful movement that requires the participant to not only be physically involved, but also “here and present” with the mind fully engaged. BOSU Training can be physically demanding, but it is appropriate to a variety of fitness levels and physical capabilities. Cardio Kick Boxing with Bags This is a cardio kick boxing class that utilizes punching bags and gloves (you must supply your own gloves). Triathalon Training (Beginner to Advance): Learn the fundamentals of the sports of triathlons. Build your endurance and advance your technique. This class will help train you for all aspects of a triathlon. Be sure to bring appropriate attire for swimming, biking and running to each class. Members there is a fee of $5.00 and Non-Members $10.00

Power Yoga (Beginner to Advanced)A form of Astanga Yoga which addresses strengthening and conditioning of the entire body and mind. This class is an all-levels class where beginners can jump right in, yet an advanced student can be thoroughly challenged. Also known for its vigorous nature, Power Yoga makes you sweat either through constant movement in and out of poses, also called Vinyasa (breath synchronized movement), or from holding poses for an extended period of time. Yoga means “union of mind and body,” and a consistent practice will increase strength, balance, endurance and flexibility. Ultimately, the goal of this practice is to create a life condition which is more efficient, productive and fulfilling in the challenges of all our all daily endeavors.
Vinyasa Yoga (Beginner to Advanced)The Vinyasa flow is a vigorous, flowing and dynamic Yoga practice that synchronizes the Ujjayi breath and movement, using Sun Salutations to connect postures. It is a well-balanced Yoga practice that developes strength, balance and flexibility. This class is open to all levels of students. |
